PECA Project

Overview

The PECA Project is committed to addressing plastic pollution by promoting sustainable practices and fostering innovation through a circular economy. With a focus on transforming plastic waste into valuable resources, PECA engages students, artists, designers, entrepreneurs, and the local community to create long-lasting environmental change.
We believe that by working together, we can build a cleaner and healthier environment for future generations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reduce plastic waste by driving community involvement and implementing circular economy principles. We believe that every individual’s effort counts, and we can create a cleaner, healthier future for generations to come through collaboration. We aim to empower individuals and organizations through collaboration, innovation, and education to take action toward a more sustainable future.

History of Cooperation

Since 2002, the collaboration between the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region and Alexandria Governorate has grown stronger through various initiatives. This partnership is at the core of PECA’s success, building on years of decentralized cooperation between these 2 regions.
